Cooling Our Future: Modern Air Conditioning

Packing our historic, 103-year-old auditorium with enthusiastic patrons creates an incredible atmosphere, but during peak months, our outdated climate control system simply cannot keep up. The heat inside the venue is quickly becoming too intense to sustain, forcing our nonprofit company to limit summer programming and restrict our community impact when audiences want to see us most.

A top-priority goal of $80,000 will completely fund the repairs and component replacements of our failing air conditioning system. Because all donations feed into our general campaign fund, reaching our first collective milestone allows us to break ground on this urgent cooling project immediately, ensuring a comfortable, welcoming environment all year round.

For our occasional patrons, it’s simply matching the price of a single night out at the theatre. For our dedicated season ticket holders, think of it as adding just one more permanent seat to your annual pass—a seat dedicated entirely to preserving our historic home.

To respect your generosity, these annual commitments are capped at a maximum of 5 years, or will automatically conclude the moment our $175,000 capital goal is fully reached.
