Roof Repair or Replacement

A century-old building comes with unmatched historical character, but it also demands constant structural vigilance. While our volunteer team has done an excellent job keeping our roof patched up and functional over recent years, we are reaching the limit of temporary fixes, and our minimal operating budget cannot support a long-term roofing project.

We are targeting $40,000 to permanently secure the top of our facility. Depending on the conditions found by contractors once the project begins, these funds will be used to either execute extensive, deep structural repairs or complete a full roof replacement. A unified fund gives us the financial flexibility to adjust the scope of this project accurately without delaying other vital updates.

Because this is a multi-year journey, we aren’t asking for intimidating pledges. Instead, we are asking our community to buy just one “Invisible Ticket” a year for our future.

For our occasional patrons, it’s simply matching the price of a single night out at the theatre. For our dedicated season ticket holders, think of it as adding just one more permanent seat to your annual pass—a seat dedicated entirely to preserving our historic home.

To respect your generosity, these annual commitments are capped at a maximum of 5 years, or will automatically conclude the moment our $175,000 capital goal is fully reached.
